		<description>Delicious! Light, moist, fluffy -- and none of the flavors overpowers the others. You can taste the butter in the mix, and b/c the muffins are so light and fluffy, you really don&#039;t need a shmear of butter on these. (But perhaps some of that lovely lemon not-curd listed would be a great spread!) I used regular all-purpose flour, and the muffins turned out beautifully. Also used fresh blueberries, since that&#039;s what I had on hand. I think next time I may toss the berries in a little flour to coat before folding into the mixture so they won&#039;t float to the bottom of the cups while baking. Also, while beautiful with the a-p flour, I think I&#039;ll try whole wheat next time to try to achieve the pretty texture of the ones in the pictures.</description>
