In growing the mold that gives blue cheese it&#039;s distinctive name and flavor, they grow the mold on bread or flour. There are some processors that don&#039;t do this, but some that do. I learned that the hard way a few weeks ago with some delicious Gorgonzola! However, I would love to make these, subbing swiss or a nice white cheddar! My husband would love them.</description>
